"You know what? I'm really happy"

Why should anybody apologise for feeling that way?

At The School of Life last night, in a class I was running on How To Realise Your Potential, several people discovered that they were actually quite happy with the way their lives are going.

They looked a bit apologetic, and I understand why they might feel a that way – but making a discovery like that is fantastically worthwhile, surely?
