(it sets the stage for everything else I’m going to tell you)

22 June, 2017

Hey – thanks for popping in. This morning, I shared some powerful ideas about how to get out of your own way, and start selling your best stuff, drawn from my impro training.

I did this… in a webinar. (From which I've taken that short clip, above.)

Afterwards, it came to my attention that some people think the word webinar is an abomination. And that actually joining a webinar must be even worse.

Now, this is a bit of a problem for me…

…and possibly for you too.

Because live, streamed events are a massive opportunity for us all to learn from each other, no matter where we happen to be based. Perhaps entertain each other too.

And to reach a potentially huge audience.

As I've discovered, you start out in somebody else's audience, and the next thing you know you're running your own webinars.

There's really no need to be scared of joining somebody else's.

You can Lurk At The Back.

Mind you, it's a lot better if you join in, as my lovely attendees did today.

I'm sharing this short clip, taken from the beginning, to show that webinars feel just like watching a video on Facebook, or YouTube.

But they're a little more private, because attendees have to sign in – feels a bit safer for presenters, I guess.

If you join when they're live, you can interact directly.

Most webinars are made available on replay for a while. Mine is staying up till last thing on Sunday. (Don't say I didn't warn you!)

To try it, go to this URL, sign up, and you'll be taken straight to the replay (but don't click until you read below first):

Even though it's not LIVE any more, you can send me a message at any time, while you watch, using the message box on the right of the screen.

If you do, I'll get back to you soon.

A few things:

1. Like I said, you'll have to sign in to watch – no surprise there. Just use the same email address I already have for you. After a few minutes, you'll see why this is worth watching.

2. I'll send you more emails – but if that doesn't excite you click the “unsubscribe” link in the email I've just sent you – no hard feelings, I promise.

More in the next few days.

I hope you enjoy finding out how to get out of your own way, and start selling your best stuff.
