John-Paul Flintoff

I make art to celebrate something beautiful, make sense of what’s painful, and generally to understand the world.

I create paintings, prints, collage – and a lot of drawings.

Watch Olivia Colman be drawn.

Story powered

Stories entertain, educate, persuade and inspire. I write stories, tell them, and help others do the same.

I’ve been a journalist and published five books in 16 languages. My next is about public speaking and presenting.

In it, I draw on my training in improvisational theatre.
