“John-Paul is one of those people who changes things. These changes can seem small. It’s like noticing that the air in the room has suddenly warmed… and you see the motes fly on the air and the surfaces of objects more sharply. You then settle into the room a little more definitely, and life reorganises to accomodate your clearer and more present purpose” – A, Brighton

“That was incredible, thank you” – S, England

“My husband said, ‘I love it when you are like this’, when I was radiating post-coaching joy” – P, UK

So, what kind of life do you want?

As a coach, I don’t believe that my clients need fixing. Coaching is not therapy, or counselling. But we all need help, sometimes, to access the great stuff inside us.

And the help we need can take the deceptively simple form of a one-to-one conversation.

So, what kind of life do you want? As a coach, I am there only for you. I will listen carefully, and ask a lot of powerful questions – to help you work out who you really are, and what makes you tick.

I will use skills I have developed over nearly two decades interviewing high-achievers in government, business and the creative arts, as well as many so-called “ordinary” people with extraordinary stories. But this isn’t about me, or about them – it’s about you.

Together, in strict confidence, we will explore your values, your dreams and your purpose in life. We will work out who you want to be, what you want to do – and how to do it. But I won’t be a pushover. I will challenge you and set you homework to help you develop and grow.

As a coach, I work on the basis that we are all naturally creative, resourceful and whole. That’s the point of my books, my TEDx talks, and my work at The School of Life.

If you’ve not experienced coaching before, the best thing to do is to try it – as I did. I was coached by a friend, when she was training with the prestigious Coaches Training Institute, and I was so blown away by it that I started training with CTI myself.

Who knows what coaching might do for you?

To book an absolutely free of charge, no obligation half-hour sample coaching session, just send me an email (contact details below).

After that, provided we are both happy to work together, we will move forward with the coaching.

Sessions range from 30 minutes to an hour, either once a week or once a fortnight. I suggest as a minimum that we do at least three-months together, so the coaching can do its work, but that’s not obligatory.
